1. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a PowerSeller or a Top-Rated Seller on www.ebay.com and you must, throughout the Promotion Period:

• be registered on any eBay website with a valid registration address located in Thailand;
• ensure that your eBay account is in good standing. In order for your eBay account to be in good standing, the eBay account must not have been suspended or limited (restricted use) during the Promotion Period;

2. eBay has the absolute discretion at any time to determine or cancel the eligibility of an otherwise eligible seller and shall not be obliged to give any reason thereof.

 

3. If you are eligible, you may participate in the promotion by signing up at http://export.ebay.co.th/thailandpost/index.html from 1 July to October 15 2010. Upon successful sign up by you, we will provide you with a discount card which shall entitle you to upon presentation of your card to Thailand Post Company Limited from July 15 to October 15, 2010. The benefits of the offer as follows:

EMS World Service

• 12% discount of the fees payable if you pay by cash or credit card
• Free pick up service from Monday to Saturday during the operating hours of the relevant post office.

International Registered Service

• 15% off the registration fee for all International registered airmail and parcels
• Pick up services from Monday to Saturday are available at THB100 per pick-up. location.  If you wish to use this service, you must inform Thailand Post Company Limited 1 day in advance from 8.30am to 2.00pm.  The pick up services will be provided during the operating hours of the relevant post office.
• You may subscribe to have daily pick up services provided at a monthly subscription fee of THB 2500 per pick-up location.  Thailand Post Company Limited will provide you with the pick up services once daily between 9.00am to 3.00pm

These benefits are only available at the post offices located in the following areas: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakan, Chiang Mai and Chantaburi

 

4. You agree that you will not sell, assign or transfer (including but not limited to through third party billing) any of the benefits to a third party.  This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers that may be offered by Thailand Post Company Limited.  You acknowledge that failure to abide by this provision may result in termination of your participation in this Promotion.

5. All benefits and services to be provided under the discount card are independent services of Thailand Post Company Limited, and are subject to Thailand Post Company Limited’s terms and conditions of services.  eBay does not assume any liability and responsibility in the services to be offered by Thailand Post Company under this Promotion.

6. You acknowledge the nature and limitations of the internet and agree that eBay will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to this Promotion.

7. eBay shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any user resulting directly or indirectly from entry to this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit eBay’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. eBay or Thailand Post Company Limited reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time. This includes, without limitation, the ability to substitute any reward of equivalent value, change the specification of the reward if circumstances require it or change the entry methods.

9. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Promotion, the decision of eBay shall be final.

10. These terms and conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all aspects in accordance the laws of Thailand and all participants hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
